Background / Experience Martin is an experienced professional coach and behavioural change practitioner. He is a corporate coach with a background of 17 years in senior business management and development roles with International Hotel Companies and 12 years as a coach, consultant, trainer and commercial mentor/advisor in the field of behavioural change. Past roles have included the chairing and facilitation of board level projects both commercially and as a director of a Training & Enterprise Council. Martin’s coaching work includes supporting and guiding directors and senior managers with methodology to effect rapid and lasting changes in both team and individual behaviour. Particular success has been achieved with achieving flexibility and effectiveness in difficult people or teams, individual ‘turn-arounds’ and changes in group attitudes and responses to previously challenging messages.
Clients In addition to the high profile TV work, coaching clients include directors (of private and public companies), senior executives, partners and entrepreneurs in a variety of sectors including Architecture & Construction, Brewing, Hospitality, Higher Education, IT, Pharmaceuticals, Professional Sport, Retail and Venue Management. Qualifications
Martin is a qualified behavioural psychologist with hundreds of hours of client interventions, an honours degree in psychology, and is an NLP master practitioner and hypnotist. He has diplomas in management from higher education and a raft of training & coaching certificates gained with international hotel companies. The methodologies applied by Martin are based on solid scientific foundations and delivered with practical business acumen. He is a media savvy highly skilled change director and coach.
