Using a combination of emotional engagement and the delivery of practical skills for long-lasting change, the life coach hosting a session helps to generate feelings of enthusiasm and commitment from those attending. This is then combined with an extensive ‘closed-eye’ session that includes a potent mix of guided visualisation, hypnotic suggestion, Neuro-linguistic Programming and timeline therapy
 
These sessions are the catalyst for long lasting and effective changes in behaviour that when combined with a ‘back-home’ programme of practical application, deliver the desired result
 
There are 3 steps to attending a 999stop.com programme:
 
Step One – Complete the on-line questionnaire
This will determine if you are ‘ready’ to make the change and STOP what you are doing
If you are then you can confirm your place on line right there and then for the nearest Emergency Stop session to your location
If you're not quite at the point of being ready to attend one of the Emergency Stop sessions then alternative advice and suggestions are freely available – either as complimentary downloads or via one to one coaching sessions*
 
Step Two – Attend the Low Cost High-Value Emergency Stop session
Two hours of facilitated exercises in personal change - including an extensive ‘closed-eye’ hypnosis session
 
Step Three – Back-home plans and actions that work
Follow through to give yourself as much support as possible to provide certainty that the new behaviours work
